The Emotion Code is a modality to help release trapped emotions from the body, developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson.
The Body Code is energy balancing system, intended to help you uncover root causes of discomfort, sickness, and suffering in body, developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson.
Trapped Emotions or emotional baggage are vibrational frequencies that can become trapped in our body.
When we experience an emotion:
Our body generates an emotional vibration.
We feel the emotion and any thoughts and/or physical sensations that come with it.
We then choose to let the emotion go and move on. This emotion shouldn't cause any problems.
However if step 2 or 3 gets interrupted or not processed the emotional experience is incomplete and the energy of that emotion for example frustration, anger, sadness, is likely to become trapped in the body.
With the clients permission an energetic connection is made
The practitioner uses muscle testing (kinesiology) to determine if there are trapped emotions relating to the areas the client would like to work on.
Using Body Code (below) the practitioner can determine if there are trapped emotions and/or imbalances in the body.
The trapped emotions and/or imbalances are released by the practitioner swiping a magnet along the governing meridian.
This process is repeated until all the trapped emotions are released for the duration of the session.
The practitioner will keep a record of all the emotions released, reported to the client after the session.
When you release Trapped Emotions from someone at a distance, it is a form of remote or distance energy healing.
The practitioner stands acts as proxy for the client.
Although remote energy healing has not been incorporated into Western Medicine, it has been practiced both anciently and in modern times by those who practice The Silva Method, Qigong, GungFu, Reiki and other respected techniques.

How to use Zoom without an account
There are many ways to join a meeting, but the easiest ways to join as a guest are to click the link provided to you by the host or enter the meeting ID and passcode directly into Zoom.
Note: Depending on the host’s settings, you can join the meeting from your browser without downloading Zoom first. Joining meetings from a web browser gives you access to basic Zoom meeting features.
Use the link provided
Click the meeting invite link you received from the host, for example in your email or calendar invitation. On your web browser, a pop-up window will prompt you to open or download the application.
In the pop-up window, click Cancel.
At the bottom of the page, click the Join From your Browser link. Note: If you don’t see the link to join from the browser, the host may not have it enabled and you will have to join a Zoom meeting by opening the Zoom client or downloading it first.
In the pop-up window at the top-left corner of the screen, click Allow to allow Zoom permission for your microphone and camera.
In the Your Name field, enter a display name.
(Optional) Select the Remember my name for future meetings check box.
Click Join. You will join the meeting as a guest.
Important preparation for a session is to be open-minded, set an intention to release trapped emotions you are ready to release and be hydrated.
After an Emotion Code or Heart Wall Session, there is a 'processing time' where your body takes time to adjust to the release of trapped emotions. This processing can take between 1 to 5 days.
After a session you may feel lighter and relaxed.
Processing can be different for everyone however symptoms can include tiredness, feeling emotional, small vibrations of the emotion released. If there was physical pain or discomfort, there may be worsening of the symptoms before improvement.
When people have a Heart Wall they are often experiencing feelings of disconnection, lack of joy and emptiness, stuck, unmotivated and lost.
A Heart Wall can potentially cause physical pain for example, neck, shoulder, chest.
It has been estimated, according to Dr Bradley Nelson, around 93% of people have a heart wall.
A heart wall is a protection mechanism to keep us safe from negative situations.

For animals, the same applies. The Emotion Code does not replace veterinary care or proper training.
The Body code practitioner does not require any details about past experiences or events.
You do not need to talk about or re-live past experiences or events which may be painful or private to release trapped emotions.

Sessions are in two ways:
Scheduled appointment via video call (ZOOM)
Remote session - the practitioner conducts the session (without you on a call) and emails the results of the session. The session takes the same amount of time, just not done at a scheduled time.
Emotion Code works exactly the same for animals as people.
Sessions are conducted via email.
